The Basics

You are required to fill out a form and make payment before work can begin. The information and content you supply will be used to create your Landing Page with a Turn Around Time of 5-7 business days. The first draft will be delivered within that estimated time-frame unless otherwise notified. If you filled out all the information on the order form there shouldn't be too many changes, but the faster you can get me feedback the faster we can have you on your way!

Details

The order form will contain all the specifications for your project so when you fill out the order form you should be as detailed as possible. The more information you can give me with examples, desired layout and/or sections will greatly improve the end result for The Client. You will have 48 hours to make minor changes to the design after receiving the first draft. After the design is finalized you will be provided with the PSD files to make any further changes.

Content

We DO NOT provide any of your content. It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date content. The FINAL VERSION of your sales copy must be provided on the order form. Alterations to submitted content may be subject to additional fees. Your Content must be less than 1000 words or will be subject to additional fees. Your Sales Page will be the standard forum size (roughly Width: 700px and a Maximum Height: 6000px) with a Maximum of 5 Sections (eg: introduction, about/benefits, faq, testimonials, contact/order) or may be subject to additional fees.

Theme

Once your design has been started you cannot change your theme. If you want to change your theme half way through the design process you will be charged for a completely new theme. Please be sure the information you're filling out on the order form is accurate and Final. 

Refund Policy

Please note we DO NOT provide any full refunds. If you are completely unsatisfied with the first draft you have 72 hours to request a 50% refund. We want you to be completely satisfied, but these themes take a lot of time and a lot of work to put together. Which is why I can't stress enough why it's important to put accurate and detailed information down on the order form.
